Easy & Sweet Mango & Red Bean Burrito
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 20 oz. jar of regan red bean pre-made dip
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 mango
- 1 block of regular tofu (firm or extra firm)
- cilantro
- any herbs you wish : )
- lard free tortillas
Directions:
Empty contents of vegan red bean dip
(usually found in the international
section of the supermarket, used for
chips & dip) into a larger container.
Chop avocado, tomato, mango, and tofu
into cubes and add to the dip.
Add herbs to your own liking.
Wrap in tortilla, eat and enjoy!
